To achieve this objective, we have implemented a comprehensive return policy that applies to all products, whether purchased in-store or online. You have a generous 90-day window to return items, provided they are in their original packaging.
How to make a return / exchange
To initiate a return, it is necessary to obtain authorization from a Customer Service representative. To be eligible for a refund, customers are required to provide a return tracking number, Order Number, and details of the items they wish to return.

- Ensure that all items are in brand new condition and placed back in the original product packaging.
- Get in touch with our Customer Service department, who will verify your request for a return or exchange. Remember to provide your ORDER NUMBER and the reason for the return.
- Label the box with your ORDER NUMBER and securely pack the items to prevent breakage during transit.
- After we receive the returned goods, please allow up to one week for the refund to be credited to your original payment method (minus any original shipping costs) or for an exchange to be processed.
